Responsibilities
- Assess candidates and filter for an exceptional mind- and skillset.
- Vocalize and embody the mission and culture of our company towards candidates.
- Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews via video call or in-person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, builder mentality.
