Job Title: Recoveries & Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Recoveries & Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing recovery and collection activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Manage recovery and collection activities in a professional and customer-friendly manner
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely resolution of cases
• Provide excellent customer care while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM systems and other administrative tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in German (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, collections, or recoveries is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools
• Customer-focused, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
