Description Bounce is seeking a dedicated Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Team. As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial operations and growth. With a team based in Israel and New York we have been growing rapidly. We support hundreds of thousands of consumers on their journey to financial resilience and build partnerships with top creditors and fintech companies.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Oversee daily bank reconciliations related to our product, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of cash flows.
Manage loan amortization schedules, track payments, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and contractual agreements.
Work closely with various teams to gather data and insights, supporting informed financial decision-making.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in finance, focusing on treasury, capital markets, or financial analysis. Experience in fintech or structured finance is a plus.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills. AI enthusiast is a plus
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
