Role Description
Full-time on-site Bilingual Receptionist (English-Spanish) position at Stemwell Clinic in Bogotá, D.C., part of the DNA GTx group.
Greet and assist patients and visitors, manage communications, maintain front-desk operations, and handle clerical tasks including scheduling and record management.
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting internal teams with administrative duties.
Job Objective
Provide warm, timely, and professional service to national and international patients at Stemwell Clinic, ensuring efficient information management, clear guidance, and comprehensive administrative and customer support.
Main Responsibilities
Receive, register, and guide patients and visitors for a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Manage patient registration, admission, and data updates in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle phone calls, emails, and communications in English and Spanish with courteous professionalism.
Coordinate, confirm, and optimize appointments, schedules, and medical agendas.
Act as a liaison between international patients and internal departments to streamline procedures and provide support.
Provide clear information on services, fees, processes, and clinic requirements.
Verify documentation for admissions, authorizations, and administrative processes.
Maintain current patient care reports, updates, and reception records.
Ensure compliance with service protocols, data confidentiality, and patient safety.
Collaborate with other departments on operational, commercial, and service activities as needed.
