Role Description

Full-time on-site Bilingual Receptionist (English-Spanish) position at Stemwell Clinic in Bogotá, D.C., part of the DNA GTx group. Greet and assist patients and visitors, manage communications, maintain front-desk operations, and handle clerical tasks including scheduling and record management. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting internal teams with administrative duties.​

Job Objective

Provide warm, timely, and professional service to national and international patients at Stemwell Clinic, ensuring efficient information management, clear guidance, and comprehensive administrative and customer support.​

Main Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and guide patients and visitors for a positive experience from arrival to departure.​
• Manage patient registration, admission, and data updates in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.​
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communications in English and Spanish with courteous professionalism.​
• Coordinate, confirm, and optimize appointments, schedules, and medical agendas.​
