Your Mission
Design and deploy real-time perception pipelines that enable reliable sensor-to-control integration in high-performance autonomous systems. (Right now this means, very fast UAS that are repeat usable)
Your work will directly enable:
- Low-latency target tracking
- Robust state estimation under motion and degraded sensing
- Closed-loop perception-to-guidance integration in multi layered architecture
Responsibilities
(Selection)
- Design and implement real-time vision and sensor processing pipelines
- Deploy and optimize models on embedded platforms (e.g., Jetson or
equivalent
)
- Implement object detection and tracking systems
- Integrate event-based or neuromorphic sensing where applicable
- Optimize full sensor-to-control latency
- Collaborate closely with autonomy and control engineers
- Support simulation and field validation cycles
You will work at the boundary between sensing and control in a hardware-constrained environment.
Required Qualifications
(Selection)
3+ years in computer vision, robotics perception, or embedded AI
- Strong C++ / Rust / Python
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorRT
- Experience deploying models on embedded compute platforms
- Experience implementing real-time tracking pipelines
- Experience validating perception systems on robotic hardware
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with event-based or neuromorphic sensors
- Experience with multi-modal sensor fusion
- Experience with high-speed or high-dynamic robotic systems
- Experience in defence or aerospace environments
- Familiarity with robustness under degraded sensing conditions
