About The Role We are looking for a React (Next.js) Developer with strong expertise in frontend engineering, modern UI development, and scalable architecture. You must be highly comfortable with the Next.js App Router , TypeScript , TailwindCSS , design systems, microfrontends, and monorepo/multirepo environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, well-structured, and visually appealing web applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reusable frontend components using React and Next.js (App Router).
• Implement responsive and interactive UIs in collaboration with product designers and backend teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and deep experience with Next.js (App Router) — Must Have.
• Expert-level skills in TailwindCSS, CSS, and styling systems — Must Have.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and scalable code architecture — Must Have.
• Experience working with micro frontends and micro repo/mono repo setups.
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable UI architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, release management, and Git workflows — Must Have.
