About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level R&D Specialist to join our robotics team. This role is focused on practical engineering work across robot control, industrial communication, and system integration. You will build and test software that connects robots with welders, servos, sensors, and other industrial equipment in real operating environments.
What You Will Do
• Develop and maintain software for robotics and industrial automation systems using Python
• Integrate robots with industrial devices such as welders, servo drives, sensors, and I/O modules
• Implement and debug industrial communication protocols including Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, and TCP socket communication
• Test communication between robot controllers, and field devices during setup and commissioning
• Troubleshoot system behavior at both software and device level using logs, protocol documents, and hardware manuals
• Write clear technical documentation for internal development and integration workflows
What We Expect
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Hands-on experience with collaborative robots
• Strong Python & Flutter skills
• Practical hardware knowledge
• Practical experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, TCP, or similar
• Experience working with robotics systems, embedded platforms, industrial devices, or real-time control software
• Good understanding of serial communication, socket programming, and basic networking
• Ability to read and work from hardware datasheets, protocol specifications, and technical manuals
• Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with AWS
