We’re hiring: Scientist – Drug Development

BIMINI Biotech is developing first-in-class small-molecule therapeutics targeting the WASP pathway — a novel mechanism with strong potential in hematological cancers and autoimmune diseases. To expand our preclinical pipeline, we’re looking for a hands-on (biomedical) scientist with strong experience in cell biology and assay development.

In this role, you will:

• Design & run cell-based and mechanistic assays
• Evaluate compound activity & MoA across oncology models
• Work at the interface of biology, chemistry, and translational research
• Collaborate with leading academic & industry partners
• Help drive programs from preclinical → clinical stage

You bring:

• PhD + strong experience in cell culture, assay development, and experimental biology
