About The Role We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our quality management system (QMS) across our international entities. Working closely with the Senior Quality Engineer, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one successful first permanent role.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100 and ability to perform internal audits from end-to-end across different types of quality topics (process, supplier, product).
Experience with quality tools, including Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and risk reduction methods.
Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.

Quality Management System Support

Assist in the documentation and implementation of procedures and processes aligned with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.

Participate in internal audits from start to finish (covering workstation, process, and supplier audits).

Contribute to the follow-up of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions.

Manage incoming and outgoing quality checks, including supplier and customer feedback.

Participate in the analysis of product returns and coordinate corrective actions with the technical teams.

Use quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and classify potential causes of quality issues.

Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams.

Collaboration and Communication

Work with cross-functional teams using platforms such as Jira or Confluence to document and track quality topics.

Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and promote a strong quality culture.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in initiatives to improve processes, reduce risks, and increase customer satisfaction.

Collect and analyze data to support performance monitoring and reporting.
