• Quality Assurance Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

Review and support for developing and implementing quality management systems, according to standards (AS9100, ISO14001 and ISO45001), and procedures.

· Conduct internal audits and support compliance with quality management systems.

· Evaluate suppliers, and drive improvements in the supply chain.

• Drive Defect Prevention: Lead initiatives that eliminate root causes before they reach the customer.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

· Support the Quality input to Supplier documentation review activities.

· Support QC for incoming, Process and finale inspections

• Review and support equipment calibration tests.
• Review inspection and FAT reports.
• Training & Enablement: Coach internal teams on quality practices, documentation standards, and process ownership.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze defect metrics, trend reports, and production KPIs to drive data-backed quality enhancements.
• Prepare quality reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
• Prepare FAI report according AS9100 requirements

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, (CQE Advantage)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Quality Management Systems ISO9001,
• Extensive understanding of ISO 9001 (Advantage of knowledge AS9100, ISO14001 and ISO45001), and other relevant international standards
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Educational Experience

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in an electronics company with development and production
• Experience with ISO standards and QA/QC systems
