Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
QA Engineer
to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on testing, validation, and quality assurance of embedded systems for cutting-edge aviation platforms. You will work closely with software, hardware, and system teams to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our products.
Requirements:
Education & Background:
- Electrical or Software Technician (Practical Engineer) with mid-level experience
- or
- Electrical or Software Engineer – Junior level, with proven coding abilities
Experience:
- At least
3 years of experience
in embedded software development or embedded QA
- Hands-on experience in testing embedded systems
- Aviation industry experience
– a strong advantage
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of
C programming
- Good knowledge of
scripting languages
and
test automation frameworks
- Basic knowledge of reading and understanding
hardware schematics
- Basic (at least) knowledge of communication protocols, including: Ethernet, RS-232, CAN
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures for embedded systems
- Perform manual and automated testing at various system levels
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with R&D teams to resolve issues
- Participate in system integration, validation, and verification activities
- Support compliance with aviation standards and quality requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation infrastructure
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience working in multidisciplinary HW/SW/System environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
