Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist who takes pride in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards. You are hands-on, organized, and thrive in environments where precision and consistency are key.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the value of operational discipline—from quality checks to shipping logistics. You’re comfortable navigating both hardware and software workflows, proactively identifying issues, and following through until they’re resolved. You enjoy working independently but know when to collaborate with QA, R&D, or operations teams to get things done right.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct essential quality checks on both hardware and software components to ensure all products meet performance and reliability standards before shipment.
- Compile and analyze QA reports, shipment logs, and inventory data to support operational and management decisions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams when needed to support product testing, validation, or improvement efforts.
- Provide feedback about the gaps in process that impacts quality or efficiency.
- Oversee the full product flow—from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch—ensuring accurate records and smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and manage global shipping and delivery timelines, and work with internal and external teams to resolve any logistical issues.
This role offers hands-on experience across quality assurance and logistics—ideal for individuals looking to grow in technical product operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in quality control or logistics is preferred, especially in a hardware or electronics environment.
- Basic understanding of both hardware and software product structures; willingness to learn technical details as needed.
- High level of attention to details and efficiency to ensure high-quality products are delivered in time
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established procedures with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across QA, R&D, and operations teams.
