About the role
Intrinseque Health, a clinical supply chain company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Melaka. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Conducting regular audits and inspections of our manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any quality issues
- Providing training and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or non-conformances
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Staying up-to-date with changes in quality assurance regulations and best practices within the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Excellent understanding of quality management systems, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues
- Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
