At XIS.AI, we build next-generation vision AI–based quality inspection systems for manufacturing. Our products combine advanced computer vision, AI models, and complex web applications used in real production environments. We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who can ensure exceptional product quality, usability, and reliability.
- 🔍 What You’ll Do
Perform thorough manual testing of complex, data-driven web applications.
- Test AI-driven workflows including computer vision outputs, detection accuracy, and visual inspection pipelines.
- Validate image-processing results and identify edge-case scenarios.
- Create clear wireframes, test documentation, user flows, and structured test cases.
- Produce high-quality bug reports with accurate steps, evidence, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, AI/ML engineers, and product teams to improve features and UX.
- Execute regression testing, release validation, and continuous QA process improvements.
- 🧠 What We’re Looking For
At least 1.5+ years of manual QA experience with modern or complex web applications.
- Ability to understand multi-service architectures and data-rich UIs.
- Experience working with or testing AI, ML, or computer vision applications (major advantage).
- Strong documentation skills — wireframes, user flows, test plans, and structured test cases.
- Proficiency with QA and technical tools
- Strong attention to detail, especially when validating visual and model-based outputs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ✨ Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Basic understanding of ML concepts or model performance evaluation.
- Exposure to automated testing or scripting (Python is a plus).
