About the role
This growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support the testing of a large-scale travel booking platform ahead of a major product launch.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact project focused on ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience across the platform.
Project Overview
You will play a key role in validating the functionality, usability, and performance of a consumer-facing travel portal.
The goal is to identify issues, improve quality, and help deliver a polished product ready for launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile platforms
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to resolve issues
- Validate user flows, edge cases, and overall user experience
- Contribute to test planning and coverage to ensure high-quality releases
What You Bring
- Strong experience in manual QA testing, preferably on consumer-facing applications
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Based in Canada (required)
