Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain  automated test scripts using Playwright
• Perform  manual and automation testing  for web applications
• Write and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
• Validate APIs, UI workflows, and end-to-end user journeys
• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a  Quality Analyst / QA Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with  Playwright automation
• Good programming knowledge in  Python
• Experience in testing  web applications
• Solid understanding of  SDLC and STLC
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
• Knowledge of  API testing  and basic database validation
• Familiarity with  CI/CD pipelines  is a plus
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Experience in travel, airline, or e-commerce domain (added advantage)
