We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our solutions from a QA standpoint. This role requires strong leadership abilities, deep QA technical expertise, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging technology trends.
Responsibilities:
Drive quality engineering, improve the quality of our software delivery and streamline test automation with a focus on improving our QA function
Guiding and developing a team of QA engineers; responsible for the overall quality assurance of technical solutions, performance management and career coaching of QA team members and managing stakeholders
Improving the QA scorecards to capture all new processes and procedures
