We are looking for a QA Lead / Software Quality Manager to help us build a world-class SaaS product with enterprise-grade quality standards.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for defining and leading the overall quality strategy of the platform.

This is not a manual tester role.

We are looking for someone capable of building scalable QA processes for a modern SaaS platform.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and leadership to ensure platform stability, reliability, security, and user experience quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA strategy
• Build and manage testing processes and release validation
• Create automated test pipelines
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing
• Identify and track bugs and product issues
• Improve software reliability and production stability
• Work closely with engineering and product teams
• Participate in sprint planning and release cycles
• Ensure high-quality standards across all modules

Required Skills

• Strong experience in QA for SaaS products
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Knowledge of:
• Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
• API testing tools
• CI/CD pipelines
• Performance testing
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Good understanding of microservices architectures
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based products
• HR Tech or ATS platform experience
• Security testing knowledge
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Tech Stack

Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Docker, Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Cloud Infrastructure.
