Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, for a QA Lead specializing in Content Quality Assurance. In this role, the QA Lead will oversee quality assurance processes, maintain compliance with established standards, and implement quality control measures. Daily tasks include developing and executing quality audits, managing quality management systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain high quality output.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
Strong background in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes
Experience in conducting Quality Audits and implementing audit feedback
Excellent ability to analyze workflows and develop process optimizations
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Quality Management
Experience with quality systems in the life sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation standards is advantageous
