Responsibilities:

• App Quality Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for web applications, extensions, and AI-powered features.

• Test Authoring & Automation:

  • Design, write, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts (manual & automated) for new and existing features.

• Manual Testing Excellence:

  • Independently perform thorough manual testing on apps and key user flows daily.

• Proactive Issue Detection:

  • Identify, investigate, and document defects with clear steps to reproduce.

• Continuous Process Improvement:

  • Continuously optimize the QA process by introducing smarter tooling and improving coverage.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product managers, designers, and engineers from feature inception to release.

• Advocate for the User:

  • Raise the standard for UI/UX, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience: 3+ years in software QA/QE roles.
  • Test automation: Experience with frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
  • Manual testing mastery: Outstanding attention to detail and curiosity.
  • Bug reporting & reproduction: Experience with bug-tracking/project management tools (like Jira, Linear, Asana).
  • UI/UX sensibility: Strong sense for design quality, usability, and accessibility.
  • Frontend familiarity: Comfortable working alongside frontend engineers.
  • CI/CD & tooling: Experience with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD).
  • AI enthusiasm (bonus): Curious about leveraging AI tools for testing.
