Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manual QA to join our quality assurance team (Immediate joiners preferred) . The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of product perspectives, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in our product development process, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our products.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure that the testing covers all critical aspects.
• Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects using test management tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think from both a user and product perspective.
• Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
