Summary of the Role: Join our dynamic tech team as a QA Automation Engineer / Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our market-leading SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust automated test solutions for both web applications and REST APIs. What You Will Do: * Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, and Rest Assure d * Create and manage test suites for both web-based applications and REST API automation, including writing feature files in Gherkin syntax and implementing corresponding step definitions * Execute automated test suites across various environments (Dev, QA, Staging) and integrate test automation with CI/CD pipeline s (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) * Implement and perform data-driven testing using TestNG/JUnit framework s and generate/analyze detailed test execution reports (Extent Reports, Allure) * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand application functionality, provide testing estimates, and ensure testability requirements are met * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation practices, including maintaining documentation, performing code reviews for automation scripts, and ensuring adherence to coding standards * Explore and integrate new testing technologies and strategies, such as Playwrigh t automation and containerization (Docker ) for test environments * Assist in designing load testing strategies using tools like JMeter and provide technical guidance on complex automation challenges What You Bring: * Experience Range : We welcome candidates with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Web-based and API Automation. Roles are available for both experienced engineers and those ready to lead and mentor * Proficiency : Strong command o f Java/JavaScri pt for automation scripting * Automation Tools : Extensive hands-on experience wit h Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD framework, and Rest Assur ed for API automation * Testing Methodologies : Strong knowledge of data-driven testing, test execution report generation, and understanding of CI/CD integration * Technical Skills : Experience with version control systems (G it), build tools (Maven/Grad le), and basic knowledge o f S QL for database validation * Cloud Exposure : Familiarity with cloud testing platforms (AWS/Azu re) and experience with containerization (Docker) is a plus * Collaboration : Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and familiarity with Agile-based tools like Jira, Scrum, and Confluenc e.
