Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) is a plus but not necessary if track record proves otherwise
• 3–4 years of practical experience in full‑stack or backend Python development
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Familiar with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.), plus well‑versed in writing optimized SQL queries
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Skilled in version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies
• Trigger‑happy on writing unit/integration tests; familiarity with pytest or unittest frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT), and data modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and reliability
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. health data or ISO standards) is a plus
