Education

Successfully completed training as an office clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, or comparable relevant professional experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or a degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Required Qualifications / Competencies:

Initial experience in purchasing, materials management, or logistics, or strong willingness to develop in these areas
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central or similar)
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Skills

High degree of commitment, team orientation, and sense of responsibility
Strong organizational and communication skills
Structured and detail-oriented working approach with reliability and flexibility
Ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures

Responsibilities

Procurement of materials, components, and services in line with company requirements and budget guidelines
Creation and tracking of purchase orders, monitoring delivery dates, and managing supplier communication
Goods receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials, including verification against shipping and order documents
Coordination between purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow and availability
Preparation of outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and logistics documentation
Participation in inventory management and continuous process improvement for purchasing and logistics operations
Support in supplier evaluation and development, as well as cost and quality monitoring

Interfaces for Cooperation

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management regarding quality, operational issues, documentation, and process improvements
Close cooperation with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth purchasing and material supply operations
