Education
Successfully completed training as an office clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, or comparable relevant professional experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or a degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Required Qualifications / Competencies:
- Initial experience in purchasing, materials management, or logistics, or strong willingness to develop in these areas
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central or similar)
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities
- Procurement of materials, components, and services in line with company requirements and budget guidelines
- Creation and tracking of purchase orders, monitoring delivery dates, and managing supplier communication
- Goods receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials, including verification against shipping and order documents
- Coordination between purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow and availability
- Preparation of outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and logistics documentation
- Participation in inventory management and continuous process improvement for purchasing and logistics operations
- Support in supplier evaluation and development, as well as cost and quality monitoring
Interfaces for Cooperation
- Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management regarding quality, operational issues, documentation, and process improvements
- Close cooperation with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth purchasing and material supply operations
