Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Pune City. The Purchase Executive will oversee procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role involves managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining records for procurement activities. The incumbent will also coordinate with internal departments to forecast supply needs and assist in cost optimization strategies to meet organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement skills, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and logistics
• Proficiency in tools and software for procurement and inventory tracking
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams and external suppliers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage procurement records and deadlines
• Experience in understanding technical specifications and quality assurance of purchased materials is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Tool & Die Making
