What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in building, assembling, and troubleshooting various types of drones or model aircraft.
• Strong hands-on skills in assembling and integrating electronic and mechanical systems.
• Professional experience in harness manufacturing including soldering and crimping is a plus.
• Experience with composite materials (e.g., cutting, laminating, bonding, and finishing) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and prototyping processes, including machining, basic fabrication, and 3D printing.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the prototyping process.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
