This position is a hybrid position between mechanical engineering and prototyping. You will be working on designs for producing parts but also working to produce prototypes. You will be working directly in NX Design and NX CAM iterating designs and manufacturing them. This is a fast paced job. In addition basic standards of maintaining shop organization will be expected. Most projects are aerospace, spacecraft, and aerospace vehicles that go very fast. Everything we do is R&D and the client is extensive in aerospace.
This is NOT an entry level position. If you do not have NX CAM experience, please do not apply.
EXPERIENCE:
3 Years using NX CAM to produce CNC parts for 5 axis CNC systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Machining.
COMPETENCIES:
You will be producing via NX and CNC some incredible prototype systems. The most important quality is the willingness to learn and be the best you can at it.
