We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who will lead the rollout of Zingly’s AI agents across both digital and voice channels. In this role, you will work directly with customers to implement, configure, and launch AI agents that automate real business workflows.
If you think context windows are exciting, have strong opinions on system prompts, and believe that AI can sound smart and human, let’s talk.
You will act as the bridge between customers and our product team — ensuring deployments are smooth, aligned to business goals, and successful in production.
This role requires 3–4 hours overlap with PST and strong, consistent communication with teammates (in English).
