We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who will lead the rollout of Zingly’s AI agents across both digital and voice channels. In this role, you will work directly with customers to implement, configure, and launch AI agents that automate real business workflows.

You will act as the bridge between customers and our product team — ensuring deployments are smooth, aligned to business goals, and successful in production.

This role requires 3–4 hours overlap with PST and strong, consistent communication with teammates (in English).

Preferred Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
• Solid experience in digital & voice AI prompt engineering.
• Deep familiarity with GPT-4, Claude, or other LLMs and their strengths/quirks.
• Strong command of English grammar, tone, style, and when to break the rules.
• Comfortable with Python or other scripting languages to prototype prompt flows.
• Experience evaluating LLM responses for accuracy, tone, and business context.
• Exposure to RAG, embeddings, or LLMOps is a plus.
