Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design: Create structured and effective prompts and conversation flows to guide AI agents in real-world customer scenarios.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct experiments to refine prompts, improve model accuracy, and address edge cases.
• Quality Assurance: Audit AI outputs, troubleshoot unexpected behavior, and implement guardrails to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Data Analysis: Review and analyze customer interactions to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improving AI performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to align AI behavior with client needs and business outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in large language models and prompt engineering best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, or basic Python/APIs preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, AI, Product Design, or a related field.
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar—academic, personal, or internship projects are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in Python – able to call APIs, write scripts, or analyze data.
• Working knowledge of SQL – can run queries to explore or report on data.
• Passion for AI, voice tech, or conversational UX – you’ve played with bots, experimented with prompts, or imagined how a smart assistant should talk.
• 0–2 years of experience working in similar roles or projects.
