About the team:

We invite you to join the team of one of the most important technology companies in the e-health sector. We are a scale-up company based in Barcelona. We are looking for motivated people who want to help us improve access to healthcare around the world.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy, creativity, and safety of LLM outputs.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify use cases.
• Document and maintain libraries of reusable prompts, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Measure prompt performance through A/B testing, quality metrics, and user feedback.
• Explore new prompt engineering techniques (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot, system prompts, agents, etc.) to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an academic institution or training program. (Active student status is required).
• Previous experience working with language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
• Basic programming skills to integrate LLMs into workflows and applications.
• Fluency in English.
