About us
Ceremorphic is developing Silicon Systems in TSMC 5nm with its patented architecture for embedded, edge and high-performance markets in the evolving AI era. Seeking positions for all Engineering areas in India Development Center (IDC) at Hyderabad.
About the Role
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Working closely with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities
- Identifying and tracking deliverables while gathering and documenting project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Conducting Business Analysis to understand business processes required to ensure end-toend delivery of intended project results
- Leading the identification of critical dependencies and risks likely to impact cost, time, and quality, early in the project life cycle
- Mitigating risks and issues as they occur, escalating any issues as appropriate and owning them through to resolution
- Supporting both agile processes and waterfall methodologies within a matrix organization
- Creating and maintaining all project documentation and project plans
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present project updates to stakeholders clearly.
Prior Experience
- 0-2 Years in Program/Project Management: Experience in managing projects or supporting project management activities, preferably in technology or semiconductor environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked with engineering, product management, and technical teams to drive project success.
- Basic Methodology Knowledge: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders for project updates and feedback.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify project bottlenecks and support in finding solutions.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in Project Management and Program Management, including the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Project Management Tools: Basic proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, track project progress, and maintain documentation.
- Risk Management: Basic understanding of identifying project risks and supporting mitigation plans.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Program/project management or related roles, preferably in semiconductor, technology, or engineering industries.
