About the Job
We are looking for a
highly capable and self-driven Project Manager
to
lead the development of systems and components
across multiple disciplines. This role requires
a strong technical foundation, an independent mindset, and the ability to set priorities and drive execution
in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will be responsible for
managing the entire development cycle
—from
concept and design to prototyping, manufacturing, and testing
. Success in this role requires both
technical and project management expertise
, as well as the ability to
identify and bridge knowledge gaps
when facing unfamiliar challenges. You will work closely with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the project meets its technical, quality, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex systems and components
, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and seamless integration across disciplines.
Qualifications
Independently manage and prioritize work
, defining goals, milestones, and technical deliverables.
Oversee engineering and manufacturing processes
, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Interpret and evaluate technical data
, including engineering reports, performance analysis, and manufacturing constraints.
Ensure cross-domain integration
, aligning mechanical and electrical aspects of the design.
Supervise prototyping and testing activities
, validating designs and addressing technical challenges.
Continuously learn and adapt
, proactively acquiring technical knowledge to make informed decisions.
3+ years of project management experience
in aviation, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other relevant industries.
Broad technical background in mechanical or electrical systems
, including:
System design and integration across disciplines
Manufacturing processes, materials, and production methods
Electrical and mechanical components, with considerations for performance, durability, and manufacturability
Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
in technical development projects.
Strong analytical skills
, with the ability to review technical reports (e.g., FEM, CFD, datasheets) and engage in technical discussions.
Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing
—ensuring real-world validation of designs.
Proficiency in engineering tools
(CAD, ERP systems, and technical analysis tools).
Ability to self-learn and adapt
, acquiring necessary technical knowledge to make informed decisions.
Fluent in English
with excellent communication and leadership skills.
