Role: Project Manager

Position Overview

The Clinical Applications Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to validate tools and systems used to manage and deliver clinically oriented applications and services. This role operates in a highly regulated healthcare and medical device environment and requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to validate tools and technologies supporting clinically focused applications and services.
• Serve as a key contributor within a complex, regulated environment, supporting strategic departmental and business unit initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple project deployments, integrations, and concurrent workstreams.
• Apply Agile software development principles and drive consistency in Agile practices across the department.
• Oversee product delivery across the full end-to-end SDLC, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Support stage-gate or similar innovation management processes for new product or feature development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience working in a government-regulated healthcare or medical device environment.
• Demonstrated experience complying with relevant standards and regulations (21 CFR 820.30, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
• Strong understanding of software development practices, culture, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience managing Agile teams and applying Agile methodologies.
