• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure financial efficiency.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues as they arise.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.

• Generate project status reports, documenting progress and presenting findings to senior management.

• Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.

• Experience in managing government projects would be advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
