Job Description
Role Overview
At Applied Computing we have built Orbital; a physics-grounded AI copilot that operates complex industrial systems such as refineries, upstream assets, and energy-intensive plants. It combines real-time sensor data, physics-based models, and domain-trained language models to deliver interpretable insights, anomaly detection, and optimisation pathways for operations teams.
The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Orbital deployments at customer sites. This role exists to ensure that complex technical projects land on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. You will work directly with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to translate ambitious commitments into executable plans and keep delivery on track.
This is not a passive coordination role. You will operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments where technical complexity meets enterprise constraints. You will own delivery outcomes, not just process compliance.
