Responsibilities:
Oversee technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance.
Ensure timeliness and quality of contract services and deliverables.
Manage contract schedule, cost, and compliance with performance objectives.
Lead and supervise a team of professional, technical, and support personnel involved in Navy network systems design, development, testing, evaluation, and training.
Interface effectively with Government stakeholders to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
Plan, design, coordinate, and control project progress to meet sponsor objectives.
Manage diverse technical workforce and subcontractor teams across multiple skill sets.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and IAM Level I requirements.
Expertise in project management, risk management, and cost control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing complex technical programs.
