- IVD development, validation, and regulatory approval

What will you do?
• Serve as project manager for one or more projects
• Set up project goals, timelines, budget estimates and status reports
• Coordinate project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Use project management tools to track project performance, schedule adherance, and required resources
• Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and
expectations as needed
• Conduct risk assessments for projects
• Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends needed to prepare status reports
Requirements
What do you bring to the table?
• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Project Management, Life Sciences, Business
Administration, or related discipline preferred
• Experience in Agile, SCRUM preferred
• Organized with attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications
and software used in the organization and the industry
• Experience with project management tools (such as Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, etc..)
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
