Responsibilities
Excel in all phases of Commercial Real Estate Project Management
Demonstrates capability to read and understand documents affecting projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, project charters, surveys, and drawings
Assemble and manage a team of internal and external professionals to efficiently execute projects
Maintain a proactive approach and a readiness to handle client concerns and processes, as well as resolve unexpected emergencies promptly
Provide proactive project leadership and initiative
Conduct project kickoff meetings to identify the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders
Facilitate design/construction progress meetings and provide meeting minutes
Visit the project site weekly and attend Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings to review construction progress
Facilitate change management to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
Develop the project budget and schedule, and regularly update both throughout the project
Establish a continuous communication plan to ensure the project team and clients are well-informed of progress/changes throughout the project
Manage project finances and lender draw requests by collecting, reviewing, and approving invoices during design and construction
Understand and adhere to critical processes and reporting requirements as required per project/client
Competitively bid project-related services, including but not limited to construction, data cabling, security/access control, A/V, furniture, move management, and signage
Handle other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited College or University
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience
Demonstrate understanding of corporate real estate structure
Knowledge of office lease language and providing feedback on work letters related to project-specifics
