About the role

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of two large-scale public sector document digitization projects from AETHON’s side. The role combines classic project management with hands-on operations management, as we run a software-enabled production environment and coordinate multiple data entry resources, while maintaining structured communication with clients and stakeholders.

What you will do

Design and implement project management plans (scope, schedule, resources, quality, risk, budget).
Participate, supervise and lead the execution of RDI projects throughout their lifecycle;
Implement objectives and handle communication with project stakeholders and partners;
Monitor, assess and steer project execution to achieve deliverables of excellent quality, on time and on budget.
Foster relationships with strategic company partners;

What you will bring

BSc or MSc in a field of engineering or closely relevant;
2+ years in a position of Project Management or a position relevant to your field of study;
Well-developed organizational skills, team management skills and ability to motivate and enable teams to meet deadlines, resilience, responsible and quality conscious working;
Excellent knowledge and usage of the English language;
Ability to communicate exquisitely verbally, in writing and through presentations;

What we consider a plus

Experience in designing tender’s or innovation project’s (e.g., Horizon Europe) proposals and coordinating or implementing projects;
Solid knowledge of another language;
PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant Project Management certifications.
