Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Workplace Project Manager with a passion for creating welcoming, comfortable, and inspiring office environments. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of workplace projects and initiatives across our global offices and remote workforce. This role blends project coordination, facilities support, and employee engagement to enhance the employee experience and optimize our operations.
What you'll be working on:
- Lead the planning and execution of workplace projects, including office fit-outs, reconfigurations, and the rollout of new processes for both office-based and remote teams.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers across multiple countries, ensuring cost-effective procurement, quality service delivery, and consistent standards.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and utilize data on space usage and service performance to inform strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to maintain an exceptional, employee-friendly work environment that aligns with our company culture and global workplace strategy.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and maintenance for office infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all locations.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in workplace, office, or facility management.
- 1+ years of direct project coordination or project management experience.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and services across multiple countries with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage remote operations across diverse cultures.
- Fluency in English.

- Fluency in Ukrainian.
