• Lead the planning and execution of workplace projects, including office fit-outs, reconfigurations, and the rollout of new processes for both office-based and remote teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers across multiple countries, ensuring cost-effective procurement, quality service delivery, and consistent standards.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and utilize data on space usage and service performance to inform strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to maintain an exceptional, employee-friendly work environment that aligns with our company culture and global workplace strategy.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and maintenance for office infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all locations.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in workplace, office, or facility management.
• 1+ years of direct project coordination or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and services across multiple countries with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage remote operations across diverse cultures.
• Fluency in English.
