Papilon is a company that develops biometric security systems, primarily fingerprint, face and iris recognition, with its qualified knowledge and experience gained over 10 years, produces its own technology and is the " Biometrics Technology Center" of Turkey with its active R&D and innovation studies.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects involving internal teams, external partners, and international customers. The role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from proposal through final acceptance — ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources, procurement, communication, and stakeholders in line with PMI PMBOK®, PRINCE2®, IPMA ICB, and ISO 21502/21500 frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Electrical/Electronics), Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Fluent in English, a second language (preferably French) is a plus.
• 7–10 years of project management experience , including hands-on experience in multi-location and international projects.
• Experience in managing grant-funded and tender-based projects (preferred).

Global: PMP® (PMI) or PRINCE2® Practitioner or IPMA Level C (Certified Project Manager) or higher (Level B/A).

Agile: PMI-ACP® or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Maintenance of certifications through PDU/CPD requirements is expected.

• Preferred certifications include PgMP® or PfMP® (PMI), PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, IPMA Level B/A, ISO 21502/21500 Project Management, and ISO 31000 Risk Management or ISO 27001 Information Security training/auditor certifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage budget, human resources, and project schedules throughout the project lifecycle; identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare, update, and publish all project management processes and documentation.
