• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, translating these into actionable project goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective execution, monitoring, and control.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• A strong track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Jira Skills (Added):

·      Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking, ticket management, and workflow handling.

·      Ability to create and manage Jira dashboards, filters, and reports.

·      Understanding of Jira Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban).

·      Experience in logging bugs, tracking progress, and documenting resolutions in Jira.
