What You’ll Do

• Lead the SDLC: Own the end-to-end delivery of software features, from initial scoping and sprint planning to deployment.
• Navigate AI Complexity: Manage the unique workflows associated with AI development, including data labeling pipelines, model training cycles, and validation phases.
• Stakeholder Harmony: Translate technical constraints into clear updates for stakeholders and turn clinical needs into actionable developer tasks.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the development pipeline—especially those inherent in regulated medical environments (HIPAA/GDPR compliance).
• Agile Advocacy: Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to keep the team's velocity high and morale higher.

• The Experienced Pro: You have 3+ years of experience managing software development teams, preferably in a Product-led environment.
• AI Literate: You understand that AI isn't "magic." You’re familiar with the nuances of data dependencies, model iteration, and the difference between traditional software and machine learning lifecycles.
• MedTech Savvy: You have a baseline understanding (or a deep passion) for the medical device industry and the regulatory rigor it requires.
• Master Communicator: You can explain a "data drift" issue to a Product Manager and a "user requirement" to a Data Scientist with equal clarity.
• Tooling Expert: You are a wizard with Jira, Linear, or Asana and know how to build a roadmap that actually works.
