We are looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager Operations to take ownership of our operational and legal backbone. Someone who doesn't just manage processes, but builds and shapes them from the ground up. Job Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a related field.
• Full professional fluency in Dutch (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
• Hands-on, go-getter attitude. You roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and make things happen.
• Nice to have: background in law, or operational experience in start-up or scale-up

Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operational and legal activities and projects, ensuring they run smoothly and compliantly as the organisation scales.
• Design, set up, and continuously streamline organisational processes, bringing structure where there's ambiguity and efficiency where there's friction.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects, collaborating across teams to drive meaningful, lasting change.
