As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead projects, streamline operations, and drive successful outcomes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in technology and operations who can manage multiple projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, execution, team coordination, and stakeholder management. A PMP certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of technology projects from initiation to closure.
Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, design, QA).
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and business goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

MBA (Operations specialization) + B.Tech (Computer Science).
PMP Certification (mandatory).
Proven experience in project management in a technology-driven environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).

Preferred:

Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or IT-related projects.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
6-7 years of Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
