to support strategic initiatives within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven project leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience managing complex operational projects within the pharma, biotech, or medical device industries.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will lead and drive critical operational initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple functional areas. This individual will serve as a change agent with strong leadership capabilities, high energy, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment and has experience managing multiple priorities, risks, timelines, and business objectives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams while building strong stakeholder relationships
- Define project scope, objectives, requirements, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop and manage integrated project plans aligned with business and operational strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications

- PMP Certification
- Six Sigma knowledge or certification
- Experience with advanced project management methodologies and tools
