About the role:
You’ll lead end-to-end ERP AI Automations for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing delivery role based: you’ll own planning, execution and client communication, coordinate cross-functional teams (including our Hyderabad Innovation Hub), and ensure timely, high-quality go-lives that meet business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle ERP AI Automation projects (requirements → design → build → test → go-live → hypercare).
- Act as primary client contact for delivery governance, progress updates and steering committees.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resourcing and scope control.
- Coordinate consultants, engineers, vendors and internal product teams to remove blockers.
- Drive cutover, change management and user adoption activities.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies with clear mitigation and escalation.
- Ensure quality via acceptance criteria, test plans and post-go-live reviews.
- Capture lessons learned and improve delivery templates and playbooks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering ERP automation projects (enterprise clients / consulting environments).
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience with one or more ERPs (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Business Central, Oracle, or similar large-scale systems).
- Solid understanding of data migration, integrations and testing strategies.
- Comfortable working AEST/AEDT overlap hours and with offshore/onshore teams.
- Strong organisational and commercial acumen — budget and resource ownership.
- Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT), BCA, B.Com (with IT/Systems focus), or MBA (Systems/Operations) — or equivalent experience. Delivery certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) are a plus.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to finance systems (S4Hana/ Successfactors, Concur, AP/AR automation) or AI/automation projects.
- Experience supporting regulated sector or public-sector clients.
