Title: Project Manager - Egypt Collections
Location: MBHQ, Al Asayel Street, Downtown, Dubai
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (External Consultant) to support the Egypt Collections Project. The successful candidate will act as a central liaison between internal teams and bank technology teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. This role involves managing testing cycles, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful production releases.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Egypt Collections project and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular working group meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and align teams.
Testing Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all testing phases including CIT (Component Integration Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure testing readiness, test case completeness, defect resolution, and sign-off processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and deliver periodic project updates, progress reports, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, address escalations, and ensure alignment across teams.
Change Request (CR) & Release Management
- Manage end-to-end Change Requests (CRs), ensuring proper documentation, assessment, and approval.
- Coordinate production release planning, scheduling, and post-release support activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology-driven projects and testing cycles.
- Strong understanding of system integration, testing methodologies, and release processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
