Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Egypt Collections project and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular working group meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and align teams.

Testing Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all testing phases including CIT (Component Integration Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Ensure testing readiness, test case completeness, defect resolution, and sign-off processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Prepare and deliver periodic project updates, progress reports, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, address escalations, and ensure alignment across teams.

Change Request (CR) & Release Management

• Manage end-to-end Change Requests (CRs), ensuring proper documentation, assessment, and approval.
• Coordinate production release planning, scheduling, and post-release support activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology-driven projects and testing cycles.
• Strong understanding of system integration, testing methodologies, and release processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
