We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work directly with clients or as part of a client team, implementing Unified Communications (UCaaS) or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms and managing projects to deliver desired outcomes and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader.
• Create documentation and manage critical aspects of project deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Utilize existing project templates or create new ones for client engagements to ensure visibility of tasks and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify action items, resolve issues, and document decisions during the project.
• Create and document go-live checklists, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and schedules based on vendor templates.
• Ensure all client data, project documents, and call transcripts or recordings are properly logged and saved.
• Document operational processes or organizational structures to support client or project needs.
• Support project team needs for creating meeting presentations or other materials. Analyze operational and financial data to demonstrate the impact of identified solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional work experience required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Fluency in English (B2+ – C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in project management and business analysis. Familiarity with contact center operations, voice and digital channels, and technology solutions. Experience with Genesys, Nice CXOne, Five9, or other contact center platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Interest in AI-driven technology design and implementation is a plus. Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Lucidchart, SmartSheets, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, and others. On-site 100% (non-negotiable). Schedule~ Monday to Friday, 10~00 AM – 7~00 PM (Argentina time).
